Recently, it was once again time for the actress to grace the red carpet when she attended the Governors Awards in Los Angeles, a side event to the Oscars gala where stars are honored for their long-lasting and significant contributions to the film industry. Previously, she has stated that she refuses to let age affect how she lives her life.

“I’m 75, and I look out in the world and I feel like I’m looking out in the world with the energy of somebody in their 20s,” she said. “And that’s who I am.”

She simply embraces aging. She shared, “So I’m trying to come to the point that I just embrace my — what’s the word they use for it? Crepey skin? Is there a beauty in it? I try to think that maybe it looks like the sand after the tide has gone out.”
