80-year-old Harrison Ford had an immediate shocked response to being called ‘still very hot’

Harrison Ford has been in the movie business for decades at this point. The 80-year-old actor is a veteran of the industry. But even at this age, it seems like he is irresistible to his fans.

And it seems like the actor is well aware of his…

The term aging like fine wine can be used for Hollywood legend Harrison Ford. The actor who most famously played Indian Jonson is still active in the industry and the role 42 years later.

The latest edition of the famous series premiered at the 76th annual Cannes Film Festival. The veteran actor was present at a news conference the cast and crew of Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny took part in for promotional purposes.

Ford was flanked by director James Mangold and actor Mads Mikkelsen on either side.

Ford took a question from an unidentified female reporter who began her question with a comment saying, “Look, I think you’re still very hot.” After hearing this Ford looked flummoxed at the unexpected compliment. The actor blinked slowly a couple of times as if to depict that he could not believe the compliment. The reporter however went on.

“We were stunned to see you take your shirt off in the second scene, and you’ve still got it,” she added. “How do you keep fit? And can you ride a horse?” she asked.

The actor bantered with the reporter and then thanked the heavens for not aging.

“Look, I’ve been blessed with this body,” he joked “Thanks for noticing.”

The Indiana Jones star has had an eventful week. He made a rare red carpet appearance with his wife Calista Flockhart, at Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France, for the world premiere of his film Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.

The last time the couple walked a red carpet together was at the Academy Awards in March 2018. But of course, the couple made an appearance together as Ford was slated to receive an honorary Palme d’Or at the Grand Theatre Lumiere.

The veteran actor received a five-minute standing ovation and left the crowd in delights of laughter after his career highlight reel was played.

“They say before you die, you see your life flash before your eyes,” the actor said“and I just saw my life flash before my eyes.”
